Recovering lost keys
Receive all your active licences again by email.
Lost the email with your key? You can have all active licences linked to your address sent again.
- Go to Recover your licences.
- Enter the email address used for the purchase.
- Check your inbox: you receive a single email with the active licences of every software, grouped by product, each with its own Activate button.
To protect your privacy the page always shows the same message, even when the address is not registered. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and make sure you used the purchase address.
Revoked or expired licences are not sent. For security, requests are limited to a few per hour for each address.
